Coding4Integrity Hackathon - 2025

Coding4Integrity Hackathon – 2025, held from 15th to 20th of September in Hong Kong was successfully completed and, the five-days program consisted of various events, and the participants were also given the opportunity to visit the Hong Kong's statutory independent anti-corruption agency, Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). Hackathon is a youth-focused competition launched by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's (UNODC) GRACE initiative to harness technology for anti-corruption efforts, encouraging young people to develop digital solutions for real-world integrity challenges. It provides a platform for participants to learn about corruption, enhance their technical and social skills, and innovate solutions using technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain.

About 14 Asian countries participated in this competition and corruption prevention officers of Commission to Investigation Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) Ms. TM Nipuni Kosila Tennakoon, Mr. Shammi Sri Lal Thotawatta and Mrs. N. D. N. C. Jayasinghe participated in this competition by representing Sri Lanka
