The Chairman of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC), Justice Neil Iddawela, delivered a concise and impactful lecture on the role and functions of CIABOC during the Capacity Building Programme organized for Members and staff of COPA and COPE on 21 November 2025.
His presentation, described by participants as comprehensive, clear, and highly informative, highlighted the Commission’s mandate under the new anti-corruption framework, the importance of coordinated oversight, and pathways to strengthen institutional integrity.
