A prevention program on “Awareness on Bribery and Corruption” was conducted for 16- apprentice police officers was held on 23. 11. 2022 at Police Training Collage Auditoriaum, Kalladi. Assistant Director (Legal) of the Commission to Investigate Allegation of Bribery or Corruption S.M. Sabry, Corruption Prevention Officer H.M.S. Herath and Legal Assistant B.M. Muhibullaha were participated as recourse persons.

Officer-in-Charge of Diyasenpura Sub-Depot who solicited Rs. 60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand) was arrested on allegations of bribe. Officer-in-charge of Diyasenpura Sri Lanka Transport Board sub-depot was arrested by the Investigation Officers of Commission to 24 August 2023

A Police Constable attached to Theldeniya Division Crime Investigation Unit who solicited and accepted a bribe of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) and a Sergeant aided it were arrested on allegations of Bribery 22 August 2023
