Investigation Officers of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption arrested an Office Employee Assistant of Kalutara District Court on 05.12.2023.

The suspect has solicited a bribe of Rs. 3000/- from the complainant to get the copy of the judgement given by the Kalutara District Court in relation to case filed on a land, and the government fee of Rs. 200. The suspect was arrested inside the District Court complex while accepting the total amount of Rs. 3200/-.
