The Investigation Officers of CIABOC have arrested the Principal of Horowpathana Ruwanveli Central College of North Central Province on 31.01.2019 when obtaining a bribe of Rs.5,000/- of initially solicited amount of Rs.10,000/- to enter a student to Year 6.
