The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption conducts Corruption Prevention Programmes to eliminate bribery and corruption in the country through minimizing malpractices in government offices. Accordingly, it was planned to conduct a series of Corruption Prevention Programmes in Kegalle District and one programme of the series was conducted at Divisional Secretariat, Deraniyagala on 14.11.2022. About 270 officers attended the programme and was conducted in two sessions, each of about 3 ½ hours. Corruption Prevention Officers, Ms. Eranga Madushi, Mr. Shammi Sri Lal Thotawaththa and Ms. Ishani Chathurika provided the resource contribution.
