MOU signed between the CIABOC & FIU

The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption and the Financial Investigation Unit signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 14.05.2024. Mr. W. K. D. Wijeratne, Director General of CIABOC and Mrs. Subhani Keerthiratne, Director of FIU, signed the MOU on behalf of CIABOC and FIU, respectively.

This cooperation was reached under the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Act No. 09 of 2023. The primary objective of the signed MOU is to exchange confidential and secret information on investigations between the two entities.
