The Investigation Officers of CIABOC have apprehended an Excise Officer on 08.06.2018 when obtaining a bribe of Rs.1, 000,000/- having received a sum of Rs.2, 920, 000/- previously from the total amount of Rs.6, 000,000/- solicited as a bribe to abstain from taking legal action against the husband of the complainant arrested for possessing illicit drug pills and to file a case against another allegation.
