The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) with the collaboration of the UNDP Sri Lanka efficaciously conducted an experience and knowledge sharing session on “Pre-Trial Conferences” to enhance the capacity of the CIABOC officials on 10th June 2023 at Bougainville Conference Hall, Hotel Galadari focusing on the Court approach to Pre-Trial Conference. The programme was consisted with guest speeches and panel discussion headed by Hon. Justice B.P.Aluwihare, PC along with Hon.A.K.M.Patabadige, Judge of High Court and Hon.H.M.R.Manujala Thilakartne, Judge of High Court.

Panel discussions were moderated by Mrs.Disna Gurusinghe, Assistant Director General, CIABOC on behalf of the Commission. The Chairperson Hon. Justice Eva Wanasundera, the Commissioners, Hon. Justice Deepali Wijesundera, Mr.Chandra Nimal Wakishta and the Director General, Hon. High Court Judge Mr.W.K.D.Wijeratne, Deputy Director Generals from CIABOC along with CIABOC Prosecutors, Investigation Officers and officers representing the other units of CIABOC participated at the event.
